These Terms of Service govern access to and use of https://sapoestore.com. Purchases are additionally governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or act with the authorisation of a legal representative. Where accounts are available, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
4. Permitted use
You may use the Website only for lawful personal or commercial browsing and purchasing purposes. You must not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the Website abusively, impersonate another person, infringe rights, submit unlawful content or use the Website for fraud.
5. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, lighting and the handcrafted or batch-made nature of certain products. Variations that do not affect essential characteristics are not defects. Product-specific ingredient, use and safety information should be reviewed before purchase and use.
6. Prices and orders
Prices, payment, order formation, delivery, withdrawal rights, returns and statutory guarantees are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale. Placing items in a cart does not reserve stock.

The Website, brand elements, text, graphics, product concepts, photographs, designs and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law, no content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
